Aun así estoy un poco "ofuscado" ya que hay cosas que no entiendo de mi rendimiento. Por ejemplo, no entiendo porque cuando hago una salida corta y corro rápido, y el pulso lo llevo bien, las piernas no me permiten ir mas rápido y en cambio el corazón si que me lo permite.......... ¿me falta fuerza o masa muscular o algo así? o ¿me falta hacer rodajes mas rápidos?........ yo creo que va a ser que ya son 34 añitos y empezamos a restar mas que a sumar...... je je je
